Jim, I'm shocked at the lot inventory. That is a LOT of inventory.  Your residential seems high as well, but your market is much larger than mine, I"m sure.  Talk about buyer confusion, wow!  Is it hard to get buyers to commit with that many choices?

I love Peachtree City, (I hope that is the correct name). Went to a concer there last year and fell in love with that lovely town.
