PHOENIX ATTRACTION MUSICAL INSTRUMENT MUSEUM
I have the great honor in living right down the street from the Musical Instrument Museum(MIM) located in Phoenix, Arizona. It has collected instruments from around the world to be displayed in one place. If you are a music lover, then this is a must see. I was able to visit the museum on a school field trip. Nice place to visit in the summer time while the weather hits 100 degrees outside and cool air blowing inside. Great way to spend the day!
MIM allows you to hear thousands of different instruments as you walk around the museum via headsets. They host more than 200 international acts throughout the year. Also, they rotate main exhibits throughout the year.

MIM boasts they have over 6,500 different instruments from 200 different countries from around the world. They have a cool Experience Gallery where visitors are allowed to play the instruments. Both of my kids had a blast at the museum. Plan for the whole day with this family day trip. It would be better to go with a group.
