How do Shrewsbury homes sales in 2016 compare to 2015?
Summary:
The single family home market in Shrewsbury has stabilized. The total number of home sales was up by 20; however, sale price has plateaued. In the data above, what strikes me the most is that from the $200,000 to $699,999 range, homes sell within 90 days. At the low and high end price points, homes stay on the market longer. The reason? There are simply fewer buyers to either purchase fixer-uppers or afford the higher-end homes.
