On January 19, 2017, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 0.1% at an average price of $253,460 in December of 2016 from $253,140 in November 2016, and gained 8.3% from price of $234,080 in December of 2015. While, homes sales fell 4.7% in December of 2016 from November of 2016, and decresed 2.5% from December of 2015 in San Bernardino County, California.
There were 3.2 months supplies of available inventory of homes in December of 2016, down from 3.6 months in November of 2016, and dropped from 3.5 months in December of 2015. An average it took 45.7 days to sell a home in December 2016, declined from 46.7 days in November of 2016, and lower from 51.9 days in December of 2015 in San Bernardino County, California.
