There's always a story behind every home sale and this one had an ounce or more of luck. When the home first listed at the end of 2017 my buyers were looking. We jumped at the opportunity and the buyers were ready to buy, but it's hard to make fast decisions on such large purchases. While pondering the house went under contract with another buyer.Even in the luxury market a buyer can be beaten to the post. In January the property came back to the market, the existing buyer was ousted. I monitor the activity on the MLS of all Barrington properties on a daily basis. I jumped on the text message machine and let my buyers know. Some clients prefer texts and so we must do what they prefer!
