There are three Charlotte Area Neighborhoods that are expected to be the most sought after areas in 2017 and they are Eastover, Ballantyne and Myers Park with Myers Park being "The Hottest".
The study was conducted by the Real Estate Site Redfin which based its predictions on web traffic.
Data on each Charlotte neighborhood:
- Myers Park: Median sale price, $575,000; Median days on market, 70; Average sale-to-list price percentage, 96.1%
- Eastover: Median sale price, $798,000; Median days on market, 92; Average sale-to-list price percentage, 92.4%
- Ballantyne area: Median sale price, $432,500; Median days on market, 75; Average sale-to-list price percentage, 95.8%
