Finally, the first rain of the spring is coming down in buckets here in Cedar City!  It is long overdue and welcome for the most part.  It would only be unwelcome if it causes flooding and property damage!

                                                                    rain

We are really glad that this storm came in the form of rain and not snow!  The leaves are almost out on the trees and it would have been a shame to have them damaged from another arctic blast of cold air.  We needed the rain to come and wash down the dust, and alleviate the growing fire danger.  As much as we love the sun, and we do!sun

We like the rain also!

yes rain is a blessing and the day it doesn't come is the day the crops start to die

This is true about the car wash and the crop damage!  I love late spring and summer rains!  Carol you may want to watch out over in Bryce it floods badly and quickly!

There's nothing like a good steady rain after a dry spell.  I love to just sit an listen as the rain drops fall thru the trees and on the roof!
