This is a great point I learned when I first got my license. I thought "hmm I don't know anyone wanting to sell a house" but if you keep reminding them, they will eventutally call you when they are ready to sell a house.

In order to keep my name in the forefront when my client data base is considering selling or buying I keep in touch with them via emails at least twice per month, with a market update and a newsletter. Also on holidays, birthdays, etc., so it gives me an opportunity to touch base with them about 36 times per year.
