Just about everything has been done to assist in selling homes, but this Arizona Real Estate agent spurred on by a contest involved his entire family to help market his home!

I have to say, you really need to be creative and willing to be responsive to the current market conditions! This particular agent is consider owner/agent and really brought some creativity to the table. I am not sure his talent is in rapping, however it might just get the job done!

Thats one of the wackiest videos i have ever seen.

Candace, that certainly is creative! I don't think that I could do it with a straight face, but it was creative!

THAT was cool. So, are you going to do this for your listings?

WOW! I don't have speakers connected but the video alone was great. Even the children were in the swing. Of course, the big questions is, how is the price??

This will probably be more effective than the one person conceptual art piece I did in homage to my last listing... I mean... I got no airplay at all and this guy was on the news. :-)
