I came across this hot upcoming start up website made specifically for Investors, Realtors and Brokers.  It has the unique feel of simplicity like most successful giants in the dot come world currently possess like Google.com.  Don't let the simplicity fool you though, it packs a mean punch.

The Concept: 

The concept is simple, You can find out if a property is a good investment, if it’s time to sell, or if you want the details of a house you’re looking at.

It also provides you with maps of active listings and recent sells, investment analysis, average rental prices, market trends, property histories as well as tools for realtors to create PDF investment reports for clients.

The Verdict: 

The reports are very detailed and easily customized, even for the free reports.  If you upgrade to "Power Investor" it will cost you $39.95 for more detailed reports, comps, AVMs, pretty much anything you can think of.

I ran a couple of Free Searches and Reports and found a lot of good detailed reports and trends for a particular house in Ca, I just imagine by looking at the member benefits how valuable this site would be. 

The Bad News is this product is only for the state of California.

The Good News, is keep an eye out for this website to become Nationwide. This site is no templated calculator like most investment software out there its custom fit for the house or area you are searching!

My Personal opinion is this is a great concept start up website and should pick up nationwide momentum very soon.  Do keep an eye out, I am waiting for this product to hit Virginia for sure!!
