Blaming Won’t Change or Correct the Condition

“All blame is a waste of time. No matter how much fault you

find with another, and regardless of how much you

blame him, it will not change you”

Dr. Wayne Dyer, Author, Professional Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . .

Blaming won’t change or correct the condition

When something goes wrong . . . . You have to get down to the reason that the things when off track. Once you find it your job is to get things back on track.

Blaming won’t change or correct the condition. Accountability will lead you to the reason for the conditions. Based on your finding . . . . you will have to determine the corrective measures that will be required to correct the conditions . . . . and keep it from reoccurring in the future.

When you get involved in the blame game it takes you down the wrong path . . . . drains your energy . . . . and wastes a lot of time. Blaming can become very distracting . . . . and costly. It will also take your eyes off the ball . . . . and off the solutions.

Blaming won’t change or correct the condition . . . . Proactively addressing the conditions will.

Great topic to reblog, Suzanne and Tony. Blaming to me always reminds me of when our grandsons were young and anytime something untoward happened they would be pointing a lot of fingers at each other trying to pass the blame. To me is childish behavior that leads to nothing positive.
