My Best Real Estate Articles for January 2017
This month's list provides a variety of content choices for real estate consumers. A little something for buyers, sellers, and even an article with agents in mind made its way onto the list.
With my niche marketing already in-place, an opportunity to branch out has presented itself, and I have been exploring those blogging options recently. So far the results are good and new local buyers and sellers continue to call for assistance.
Here are my top real estate articles over the last month.
- Home Tax Deductions - With tax season upon us, it made sense to develop content on a topic that benefits new buyers and existing homeowners too. The number of shares thus far this month tells me this is a popular topic and I am pleased consumers are finding the information helpful.
- Key Tips For Moving With Kids - I do not know anyone who enjoys all the work that goes into moving. Add kids to the equation and the stress levels can go way up throughout the house. This article provides some handy tips to help get children more involved in the process and help both kids and adults alike to have a positive moving experience.
- Is Drone Technology Good For Real Estate? - I have used them off/on for the past few years and the results have always been good. Almost unanimously, mentioning them and showing a video teaser during a new listing opportunity has paid dividends.
- Purchasing A Rural Home - Parts of my county are completely rural so it made good sense to start developing this niche by starting a series of articles about rural property/living. More content, specific to my area, will be hitting the Internet in the coming months. This long-form evergreen article came in at nearly 1.9K words.
An excellent way to generate more views, shares, and an increase in brand exposure is to periodically provide links to similar resources at the bottom of our articles. Try it...you have nothing to lose.
Happy Blogging Rainers!
