My Niche Market of Two Towns & Expired Listings | Lauren Selinsky Real Estate
My niche market is Corona Del Mar (city in CA) and Aliso Viejo (also a city in CA) and expired listings . I would say those are my top three. I really have given much 
time to my niche market and it keeps me plenty busy. Don't get me wrong, there are others that find me in the area, referral from my niche markets and my other advertising strategies.
Keep busy, treat your niche market like your child. Feed it with advertising, take care of it by visiting it frequently and send it mail at least 7x a year. You will be surprised what your return will be with a little attention.
