I have never spoken to Terrie before and after reaching out to Terrie a couple of times, she contacted me via text. I asked her to once she received my call and when a good time to talk and see how AR has been to her and business s well. She has been on the phone with clients both times I called. (this is great news!) I am so happy to hear she is a busy bee.

Terrie has a great listing in the Reno/Sparks area...  that should sell quickly $445k with 4 bedrooms and alsmost 3,000 sq ft. She had a successfull Open House this past weekend and has been advertising on social media. Terrie has a beautiful family and I see why she works so hard. We will touch base tomorrow and talk on the phoneas  today was quite busy for her. Social media is such a great tool to communicate and keep in touch.
