There are many great parks and 3 recreational lakes with public access within 5 minutes of the property. Lakeville has numerous walking/biking paths throughout the city for that active family. You are also close to Buck Hill for skiing and tubing. Another great perk is being across the street from Crystal Lakes Golf Course a very challenging 18 hole public course.
What restaurants are nearby?: Lakeville has plenty of dining out opportunities for all different tastes. Whether it be for Steaks at Porter House, Pizza at Carbone's, or burgers at JL Beers. There are many different restaurants close by to satisfy any craving.

Information about the schools in our area: Lakeville offers great educational opportunities and has some of the best prep sports in the state. Recent state titles in Boys basketball, hockey, and Girls volleyball to just name a few. Lakeville is a great place to raise a family.
What do you do for interests and hobbies near the property?: We love the access to all of the lakes and parks near the house. Whether it be boating or biking in the summer or snowshoeing and skiing in the winter. This house is close enough to enjoy all of the great amenities of the city yet far enough away to feel like a small town. The best of both worlds can be enjoyed from this property. Key points about the house that we were drawn to when we first looked at the home: We enjoy all of the outdoor living space including the private backyard, large deck, and pond. You feel like you are out in the country but close enough to enjoy all the amenities the city has to offer. Enjoy the potting shed on the side of the house with plenty of room at the top of the hill to grow vegetables, berries, or grapes.
