Do You Know a Realtor in Some City USA? Thanks to ActiveRain - I do!

We all know that ActiveRain is a great blogging platform and a way for us to get to know other markets as well as other Real Estate Professionals.  Our community has that tight knit family feel and I just love it!

 

Many times I am asked if I know anything about other markets and of course I share the information that I have learned along the way.

 

I am also frequently asked if I know of a good Realtor in another state.  I love it when I get these questions. 

 

I always look to my AR buddies first when referring out-of-state Realtors. 

 

Today was another of those days.

 

Someone asked me if I knew of a good Realtor in Miami Florida.  

 

My answer was - of course I do.  

 

I quickly shared Marco Giancola 's name and phone number with the inquiring party.  Hopefully they reach out and let Marco know that I sent them his way.

I do the same thing, Belinda. I always insist my brokerage bypass normal channels and select my Active Rain referral members over indirectory agents. In fact, I openly advertise that I will match up real estate clients with agents I know from other cities. Which is part of the reason so many people ask me for referrals. I stop what I'm doing and help them.

Every so often, I'll find some small town where there is no active AR member or somebody who hasn't posted for years, but running into that scenario is rare.

I think of ActiveRain first when it comes to referrals over the brand site as it offers us the best way to see an agent's character and way to do business based on how they present themselves in their blog posts.
