I have been working with Buyers

Absarokee Montana

I have been working for the past few weeks. With buyers, that are interested in the area of Absarokee, Montana. Let me share with you working with the buyers is educating. The buyers know what's happening in the real estate market. Two week ago, it was enjoyable to work with buyers that knew the real estate market.

I even learn from the buyers how did they find me? You're thinking how? I ask them, how did you find me? They told me, it was through Google. Google! Business has not slow down for me at all. It's been picking up for me. It's been enjoyable! I love working with the Buyers.

Don't take this the wrong way, I like working with the sellers too.

I'm covering the area of Stillwater County, Carbon County, and Yellowstone County. Which area of each County? Stillwater County; I'm covering the area of Absarokee, Columbus, Nye, Fishtail, Dean, and Ryegate. Carbon County; I'm covering the area of Red Lodge, Roberts, Roscoe, Boyd, Joliet, Rockvale, Bridger, Fromberg, and Belfry. Yellowstone County; I'm covering the area of Billings, Laurel, and Park city.

buyers are what has kept my business really going in a market that is down. I can't wait for these houses that are sitting. They take too long. I love the time to really get to know buyers. It is my favorite transaction.

Good Maria - I'm with you too. I love working buyer! I'm with you too about the house that are sitting there too. I do know what you mean it take too long for them.

Cheryl - I'm so glad you're staying busy! That's a good sign for all of us. Business here has been showing signs of improved activity, too. So maybe we will all survive quite nicely. Go get 'em!

Carol - I am happy too! It does show a good sign. I do believe we will be doing good. I feel it's been a education experience for me and for the buyers and sellers.

Hi Cheryl - Welcome back to AR, I wondered what happened to you. Good to see you back. We've been off ourselves for awhile because we've been so busy as well. Glad to hear that you're getting some good buyers. Keep up the good work! :)

Hi Monica and Kevin - I have been so busy these days with buyers. It feel good to be back. Thanks! Montana has been picking up alot these days. It has not slow down at all. The home prices here are coming down. Which that good for the buyers. I have been writing up buy-sell these past week. I have been getting alot of clients to work with. It feel good to stay busy.
