Here in the woods on the outskirts of Manchester NH, not a crowd gathered. No media in site. With a stretch and a yawn Mr. Ground hog the Real Estate agent spoke:
To all far and near,
this is no time to shed a tear.
With snow on the ground,
and me standing on this mound.
Although a cool wind is in the air,
all shall soon be fare.
For the snow will soon be gone,
and as I shout here at dawn.
The sun is not out,
so no need to pout.
My shadow I do not see,
so what could that be.
The Spring market shall soon be here,
and there is no need to fear.
So buyers and seller do not wait
or you just may be too late......
