My bride Ailina works for Virgin America and their whole mission and purpose is to "Wow!" you their guest. You are not a customer, you are a guest at Virgin. Simple mindset, big impact, residual results!

Any airline can board you in San Francisco, CA and land you in Boston, MA, but very few can make you fall in love with their service and culture. Virgin America does it from the ticket counter, to the boarding gate, througout the flight and all the way to baggage claim. They care about you and more importantly, you can feel that they care about you and your experience.

When you board, you feel like you are walking on to a flying night club when you board; purple & violet lights, cool Euro-jazz tunes and an impeccable plane. Smiles, sharp uniforms and an attitude of "welcome!".

Did you know the inf-light teams are even taught to walk in a deliberate formation through airports and make eye contact with passing travelers while smiling. When that bright red formation moves through an airport they turn heads and get noticed...now THAT is a brand!

On board you enjoy personal TV monitors, 110 outlets in your seat for power cables and gourmet Dean & Deluca food choices and premium drinks on the menu. By the time you land, you've been pampered and served with purpose. You've had an experience, not just a flight.

How are you showing up to you business? What does your face look like to your clients-is it smiling? Do you look like your passionate about what you do? You're tone of voice, your attitude - do they inspire your clients? Would they book another flight on your airline, or just price shop the next time?

Think about how you create "Wow!" in your business, because anyone can sell a house; they'll get you through it. Not everyone can create a home buying experience that creates repeat clients and advocates that refer you more business because they enjoyed buying or selling their home; WOW!
