Brookland's single family homes have been escalating in value along with the influx of new retail, condo and townhouse development. Check out the latest residential projects in the neighborhood, like 1201 Franklin. New construction is rare in neighboring Michigan Park, but EYA has proposed an 82 unit townhome development on the site of the St Joseph Seminary.
