I think those that are relocating to Arizona appreciate the different style Nick & Trudy Vandekar , but I also know a lot of people that want the midwest or east coast style here.  For that reason, we have a lot of communities that resemble homes in the midwest or east coast.  You have likely seen examples of some of these through my posts.  My feeling is that if you are moving to the Southwest, you should want Southwest style, am I wrong?

Hi Brian England - gorgeous home in Red Mountain Ranch!  I love Saguaros, but you don't find them in Sedona.  Your clients should tap into your knowledge of Mesa AZ to get the best for their $$.
