I always say... if you are good at something you should not be shy to let the world know. I am proud to say, "I know real estate". I have knowledge some Realtors/Agents/Brokers don't have. Surprisingly, they don't know what they are doing and actually do not know how to read a contract for that matter either. Some write up a contract and don't know
what they are having clients sign at the dotted line. They may know the words verbatim, but do not ultimately know what that means... Some people want to be a Realtor /Agent/Broker and don't market themselves. Not only don't they want to market or use commission to pay for marketing, they don't want to touch social media. I love it all!
Wake up! Social Media is here! You are reaching out to thousands and one time. One click. Use it to your advantage. It's not the future. Why? The future is here. Living it. Get out of the 20th Century way of doing Real Estate.
If you don't have any social media in your marketing plan, you might as well go find a new career. I know this may not be what you want to hear. If, you have the knowledge in real estate, then start getting yourself out there as being the professional in your area.
