It's tried and true- agents love it and appreciate the extra effort. Of course I'd like to be your designer and stage every house for you - but if I can't then you could create fun themes like Asian day and make pepper steak, stir fry or even spring rolls - or Mexican Fiesta and do tacos or chimichangas, rice and beans - it feeds alot of people and cost effective. I guarantee you will have agents following where you will be next and view your listings before the rest!
