Interesting,

What I don't understand is how you can offer a warranty on a product that has been thrashed before the buyer takes possession. seem to me like you are offering to fix a fixer for $335

That is what I was thinking John as most homes that I have seen warranties on have some sort of history. These foreclosures have none and are being "sold as is" so there really shouldn't be any claim in the future. I can definitely see how a warranty will help the sale though as buyers are nervous buying them. Is there a website that I can go to and see what it actually covers?

I am familiar with this. I have actually paid for two now (sorry Graig just heard about ya!!!!!) from another company. Just have to have a home warranty. I have found most investors arent interested in this, as they are usually going to gut them anyway..... But it is a marketing point toward the "end user" that can give them a little piece of mind...Thanks for the information.
