Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 26 days of January 2017 are 33 homes which is a decrease from the 58 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 26 days December and an increase from first 26 days of January 2016 (24). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from January 1st to date is $1,815,917 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,685,888 for this same time period and an increase from $1,633,083 last January.
In January 2017 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $4,125,000 and is located in the Oceanfront Estates neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and has 4 bedrooms, 5 baths and 5,003 square feet on a 28,819 square foot lot. This custom built Mediterranean home features ocean/Catalina views, a gourmet kitchen, ten foot ceilings throughout, a luxurious master suite, 4-car garage, and an outdoor spa. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold to date in January for $860,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes; this home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,687 square feet on a 9,110 square foot lot.
