The CAT ate the contract

Beware of attack cats. Even Cinderella was scratching her head when a home owner called saying they would be interviewing for a new listing agent for their Manchester NH area home. The mistake started asking what happened to their old agent? It seems they listed their home, then never heard from that agent again they reported. No calls, no showings, no ads, no mls and no sale.

SO what gives???? "The agents cats allegedly tore up their files and they had no way to contact their clients." (Queue the cricket's)

Yes, you read that right as I sat their trying to picture such a thing. They said they read that sellers can be forgotten when hiring big companies but never expected this.
