Sacramento County experienced a -21.6% decrease in number of homes listed FOR SALE in January 2017 vs. the same month a year ago.
For the same period there was a 9.4% increase in homes SOLD, while Pending Sales increased 6.4%.
Interest rates remain reasonably low. For those able to find suitable homes, it's a GREAT time to buy.
