In case you haven't noticed VRBO is financing their recent purchase of the same site by now double dipping. Not only do they charge the advertiser but also now the client wanting to book. And on top of that your placement on the site is mixed in with other units not in the same resort.
Now the one year charge to advertise on VRBO is $549. I wonder if that money wouldn't be better spent on google adwords for one or two key search terms. What is your experience with adwords?
I am currently running a campaign to sell a log home on facebook paid ads but no luck there yet.
My Destin Pelican Beach Resort blog/website does well with google but not as well as the big guys.
