Our beautiful Salem, Oregon spring is just around the corner! It’s the time of fresh starts and

In recent years, it has been determined that the presence of radon poses a great risk of lung cancer. In fact, more than 21,000 people are killed annually because of radon gas. Unfortunately, radon is colorless, odorless and tasteless so it can go undetected unless you have your home tested or you have installed detectors.
Factors that alter the radon levels in your home could include:
- Recent major repair or remodel
- Weatherizing
- Changes to your heating, air condition or other ventilation system
- Movement in the sub-surface water table
- Erosion of the soils around your home or neighborhood.
