The question is asked in this months February Challenge/contest, is to write about 2 tech tools and or systems I Love or can not live without. This is my entry.
As I sit here in my Manchester NH office, pondering what tools or systems i could not live without, I paused. Most tech and systems work hand in hand with others, to make life easier, work flow and real estate transaction successful. We are bombarded with new tech all promising to revolutionize the industry. Most disappear with only a whisper.
The one tech that makes my real estate life easier is DOTLOOP. It is not new but is the work horse of getting electronic signatures on the many contracts and addendum's i deal with daily. It certainly saves times and improves efficiency.
My second choice for a system is when i have developed, mastered and maintain on my own. No teck can beat old school marketing of reaching out to potential buyers or sellers to let them know what we can do for them.
Going with the old saying "Service sells", we thrive in this market by offering more service, personal service and standing by our clients through each step of the way. My system gets me in front of these potential clients using direct mail, post cards, targeted email, social media and face to face conversation. There is no name for it. Some day i may trademark and expand it. For now, it is just what i do and how I succeed as an Independent Realtor.
IN THE END: Some choose their Agent by the biggest name, some by who they see on TV. Real Estate is about results and the journey to the end, which is the closing. By using a philosophy, which is simple, to provide more personal and professional service to guide my clients through each step of the buying or selling process, I can help you find your dream home or sell your property. All agents are not created equal.
