The Culver City, CA Single Family Market Trend Report is published! For those who are not familiar, Culver City has an excellent school system and has two Movie Studios who call Culver City their home. Sony Studios and Culver Studios. Hence living in close proximity two of the larger employers in the area with a good school system is a great recipe to buy a home in Culver City.
As you can see inventory has been tight for the past three years, but as the old saying goes a little bit of improvement is better than no improvement. Clearly when there is little inventory we do not expect a great many sales either.
As I suspected not a great many sales. Interestingly I get at least one or two contacts from other agents to see if I have another listing coming up in Culver City, CA.
