Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY between February 5th to 11th, 2017. There were five new listings this week. Even with those adds, inventory in Monroe remains low. In the last week, the inventory dropped from 85 available homes to 82, the lowest level in at least the last five years. In fact, there have been months during that time period where there were at over 180 homes on the market so we are now significantly lower.
Between February 5th to 11th, five new listings were added to Monroe real estate inventory as follows:
60 Center Hill Road, MLS #4705510, listed at $105,000. This bungalow home contains three bedrooms and two baths in 1,100 square feet. The home sits on three quarters of an acre and comes with a driveway. Please note this is a foreclosure that requires cash or a renovation loan only as it does not have an oil tank or heat. On the positive, this is close to town, shopping, and the rail trail.
53 Cromwell Hill Rd, MLS #4705101, listed at $159,900. This property is a Capecod style. There are three bedrooms, one and a half baths, and 1,152 square feet with nearly an acre of property. This home has hardwood floors and is also a foreclosure.
651 State Route 17M, MLS #4705328, listed at $164,900. This Colonial home is a foreclosed property. It is a four bedroom, one and a half bath home with 1,900 square feet on a fifth of an acre. The property has a brick fireplace, hardwood floors and some updates.
12 Sutherland Drive, MLS #4704051, listed at $310,000. This bi-level home is located in Wingate Woods and is close to every shopping desired! The home has four bedrooms, three baths, and 1,800 square feet of living space. It comes with hardwood floors, large windows, a lot of light and an updated kitchen with granite countertops and tile. The home has a two-car garage and central air conditioning.
4 Standish Road, MLS #4704961, listed at $495,000. This five bedroom, four bath Colonial has 3,117 square feet on a third an acre of property. There is a two car garage and walk-out basement, central air, hardwood floors and tons of natural light.
