7 Comments on Manhattan Neighborhood Market Report: Clinton/Hells Kitchen Real Estate Guide
Morning Carole,
No railroad flats in Cleveland? It is not only the fire escapes but the layout of railroad flats. They are long and rectangular and you have to go through each room to get to another room.
"Hells Kitchen" no longer has a negative connotation, now it is "hot" and "in".
There does not seem to be a neighborhood in Manhattan that is not 'hot' and 'in' - which is awesome!
Mitchell,
You've just got to LOVE the City!!! It has such different, but very distinctive neighborhoods - with a common thread of history and pure energy that weaves them together unlike anywhere else in the World. What is it that they say . . . ONLY IN NEW YORK! So true!!! So true!!!
