Fort Smith Real Estate Market has seen a gradual increase in residential sales. Sebastian County sales for the April 2008 are proof of a good market shift. I've been posting about getting out to view homes because I've seen an increase in activity in the Fort Smith Real Estate Market.
You as a buyer, can continue to wait and hope rates drop even lower, or you can make a great investment in your future to purchase a home now. The pricing of most homes on the market have been brought in line with area sales.
Many Seller's have caught on to this and are now pricing their homes to sell in a more competitive market. Sebastian County saw a 12.6% increase in units sold in April 2008 in comparison to April 2007.
