Original content by Bill Gassett 91362

One of the things I enjoy doing when I am blogging is featuring other share-worthy content. There are a lot of real estate bloggers out there who go unnoticed.

Part of the problem is they may not spend any time promoting their content. Others don't know the first thing about SEO - so even though they might have excellent content, nobody ever finds it.

Without further ado, I am going to share a few articles that are worth your time checking out.

What's Different About Selling Luxury Real Estate

Selling your standard four bedroom, two and a half bath colonial is very different than selling a high-end luxurious home. Realtor's marketing high-end properties need to have a thorough understanding of how to sell a luxury home. Owners of these properties are going to have higher expectations than your typical homeowner.

Real estate agents marketing these type of properties need to understand they are not just selling a home but a lifestyle that goes with it. In the above-referenced article, you will see some of the best tips for selling a luxury home. If you have ever had any interest in the sale of high-end homes, this will be worth your time!

The Importance of Outstanding Real Estate Graphics

Anyone who has been blogging for a while understands the importance of writing content that is not the same old blah blah blah. To stand out online, your content needs to be outstanding. If not nobody is going to have the desire to read it.

One of the best ways to add pizzazz to your real estate blogging efforts is to have exceptional real estate graphics that go along with it. One of my favorite parts of blogging is creating the graphics that go along with it!

Kyle Hiscock has put together a terrific article over at the National Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network Blog on how to create graphics that stand out. Kyle mentions Canva in his article which I am also a big fan of.

All of my graphics at my Maximum Real Estate Exposure Blog are created using Canva. In fact, the graphic above was created with Canva. It took me less than ten minutes to make this.

I would highly recommend you check out Canva along with Kyle's article.

Corral The Most Money When Selling a Home

Speaking of graphics, Lynn Pineda is one of the best out there at creating them. You can always count on Lynn coming up with something memorable. In her latest article, she discusses what it takes to sell your home for the most money. Lynn has some great tips for sellers to stay on track when selling their home. This is sound advice that any veteran real estate agent will confirm as they are shaking their head in agreement.

The Importance of Staging Your Kitchen

Without question, the most important room in a home is the kitchen. For most people, the kitchen is where you spend the vast majority of your time on a day to day basis. Anyone who enjoys cooking is certainly going to focus on the kitchen when looking at homes.

In his latest article, Kevin Vitali tackles what you need to know about staging your kitchen to enhance the salability of your home. Take a look at Kevin's excellent tips to not only sell your home quicker but for more money.

The time and energy you put into making your kitchen look great will almost always have a worthwhile return on investment.

Grow Your Social Media Following

Concluding this real estate round-up is a way to take your social shares to a new level. If you are a blogger and you're like me you probably look for new ways to bring traffic to your site. Traffic potentially equals new business! One of the best ways of accomplishing this besides a solid SEO plan is to use social media to its fullest.

Do you use Facebook and Twitter? Do you regularly share your real estate content in these places? If so then you would probably like to get significantly more shares from these social media channels!

So how do you do it? One of the best ways is by joining a FREE service called CO-PROMOTE. Co-promote if used regularly will put your social share count on steroids.

The premise of the site is simple  - you share my content, and I will share yours. Each time you share another person content you earn points. These points can then be used for others to share your content. Co-promote is a great way to get more traffic to your real estate blog.

Final Re-Cap

Speaking of social shares, real estate round-ups are a great way to accomplish to get more eyes on your work. In this article, I have featured multiple bloggers. People absolutely love to see their name in the spotlight.

So guess what's going to happen now that this has been published. If your hand is raised and you're going to say that those mentioned will share the article to their social networks you are correct!

Round-ups are an opportunity to not only feature those folks who deserve it but to also see far more social shares of your own article.
