The contest "What I love about my job" is really that if you love something so much, it is not a job!
In our world, we get to set our time for spending time with buyers and sellers that really turn into our family. We get to network and be excited about taking care of people that are like family. We get to call our family to see if we can expand our family with friends of their that maybe looking to buy of sell.
Someone calls me a social butterfly, well, I got that back growing up from my mother that was in the restaurant business. She had a way of working at something that she loved, she got to cook for friends all day lone. It rub off on me that it is important to treat each customer like family.
Some of my new family here has so much fun at closing and then more fun at the house warming party that I throw for them and I get to cook and bake and be a social butterfly and talk about how much fun we had looking for the perfect home for them and I would love to throw a party for their friends by selling them a home.
It all about family, I try to call 10 of my family a week, to catch up with them and over the years my family keeps growing. I make it a point to ask about their family and also make time to talk about their kids.
A job, no having fun is not a job but something that we all should enjoy for years to come. I am sure that my family will remember me long after I am gone as my mother family missed her after she so the restaurant.
