Free Gas Card

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Northwood Realty Services

I'm about to try a new strategy, I get alot of people through my open houses and most of them attempt to fill out the register but very few fill it out completely, I was thinking that with the high price of gas these days that I might have a gas card drawing  with instructions stating that register must be completely filled out. "You know they won't give you false information because if you draw their name you will have to be able to get ahold of them." Any comments or input would be greatly appreciated.

If you do it as a raffle and one of the requirements to qualify is that they fully fill out the form.  If they balk, then they don't have to be entered.  We have done it with great success.

Hey there Jeff, that sounds like a wonderful idea. You will have all their information and could add it on your database. Great idea. Good luck.

Jeff, That is a great idea!  Keep us posted on how it works out.  With the price of gas, I'm sure that people will be willing to give up their information for free gas!

Jeff, that's a great idea.  I don't know how many times I've sent thank you emails to poney email addresses, only to have them come back "undeliverable".
