COMPLETE SIGNATURE SYSTEM I Offer Buyers - Other Agents Do NOT Offer

By
Real Estate Agent with HomeSmart

Consider this… When you walk into Target, do they ask to see your wallet, or run your credit card to see if you have X amount of money available to spend in the store? NO!

So why should a buyer have to be prequalified and sign a buyer broker agreement with a real estate agent before looking at homes?

You don’t with me!

My Three Promises to Buyers:

1 I will always be on time

2 I am brutally honest

3 I will do what I say I will do

My Three Buyer Performance Guarantees:

1 I will save you $_________ off the list price or give you $1,000.00 at closing in cash

2 It will best your best buying experience EVER of anything you have ever purchased in your life or I will give you $1000.00 at closing in cash.

3 You can cancel working with me at any time prior to having an accepted offer on a hoe.

THREE THINGS I DO WITH YOU AND FOR YOU:

1 I will consult with you. Make sure you make the right decisions.

2 I will negotiate for you. Treat your money as if it were my money

3 You can cancel working with me anytime prior to us having an accepted purchase agreement.

Hi Dan Dee McGinnis The Pumpkin Man thanks to you I interviewed John Zabrocki last month on my Podcast. I took some of his training too...so thank you for the introduction.

Regarding your post: To each their own, but as is my American right, I respectfully-100% disagree with you on your buyer policy. But, how you spend or waste your time is your business. I value my time too much. You have to be a pre-approved buyer, not a ? shopper with me.  But, I'm more Nordstrom than Walmart.
