The business model that is slow to adjust . . . . or fail to adjust will find themselves on thin ice with a diminished market share . . . . and eventually going out of business.
Business should be in a constant state of renewal to remain relevance in the changing business environment. A business will need to remain on the leading edge to keep up with consumers demands.
One of the ways a business can remain relevance is in the quality of their customer service. Sad to say we all see really bad examples of customer service every day. The business that delivers exceptional service will carve out a niche in the market place . . . . and will build a loyal customer base of raving fans.
A business that doesn’t adjust to evolve to meet the customers’ demands . . . . will go the way of the dinosaur.
