Its really getting rediculous in Fulton County. I just can't believe how the past mayor and the current mayor have allowed this financial crisis. This rate increase is going to hurt so many people who can hardly pay their water bill as it is. Then for all those poor Fulton County employees who lost their job because of someone else's mismanagement of money is just sad.
