Tools and Systems that I would be not be without!

The contest for tools and systems that I love and would not be with out was a tough one.  There are so many tools that we use on a daily bases from Activerain to so many others but here are my two!

CTME Contracts.

In are area, CTME contracts has been a change of life for most of us.  In the old days, and yes I still remember them,  we would be dropping off offers at 9 pm  at night at brokers offices and putting them in a drop box.  Now after many years we can do all the contracts on line and have are clients sign them on line and get them email to the listing agent.  What a major change for us.  Yes we may have to spend $300 and some a year but it is so much better.

May take awhile for some of the old timers to get use to but beats going out in the car and getting wet signers and then across time to someone office.  Have to love it!

#2 would be Direct Mail

Yes it may be old fashion but I learn and listen from Barbara Todaro the expert on Direct Mail.  It may be slow mail but whether it is a just listed post card, just sold post card of a expert post card it still works.  Post cards do get in the people hands and look at before trash but if you are consistent your name will be out there and you will make the phone ring.

Both great tools my friend and I forgot that eSign was even a tool, I use it 99% of the time in my business!

I believe that when you're consistent, buyers and sellers are more comfortable about the process, especially when it comes to repeat business or referrals. You have systems that you have perfected over the years that makes you a success. I admire that in you.

I think electronic signature capability is #1 for most of us, me included. I like your #2, direct mail -- not new or sexy, but it does work.
