Your goals are your vision of for future as you want it to be. The goals you establish are the mile makers on your success journey . . . . and a way to measure your forward progress. It also gives your success journey direction . . . . and a way to monitor yourself to ensure that you are on course to achieve your goals.
In realty, your success journey moves at a difference pace at difference times. Some days you will take a giant leap forward . . . . other days it may be a baby step. While on other days you may not make any noticeable progress all.
A key to achieving your goals is to keep your eyes on the prize . . . . and not to become distracted by the pace. Success is not always achieved by the person that moves the fastest. You will find that a steady pace in the direction of your goals will keep you . . . . moving in the right direction.
