Even though it is a bankers holiday; oh and those that put their time in government roles it became a busy day here.
Having three showing appointments there was a call going out the door to see the property that had been shown as sold on FB! Doing due diligence the call was made and lo and behold it is available!
The morning clients have written an offer and it has been sent over. The early afternoon looked and after seeing the comps will look for another property.
We live in a crazy world and even if we see something we will have to pretend we are from Missouri and be shown what is correct.
