Some moments call for an extraordinary amount of Grace. You know those moments when you just want to explode or point out how someone is treating you or someone you love? Possibly those moments when someone you love is not acting as you would have them to. Do you know see the pattern... the key word in every statement is you or in this case me.
These are the moments I must go within and try not to take offense of someone's actions. This is the time your mentor, pastor or parent coached you to be the bigger person- show grace. be grace. let grace roll out of you.
Only God can prepare me with the wisdom and discernment necessary for each and every potentially coming unglued moment. Many times I dial in and use it gloriously and once in awhile I miss the cue completely and fail. God gives me His Grace in those moments... and usually a whisper of encouragement to do it differently next time.
Grace is a moment-by-moment balancing act of loving, shepherding, extending peace, molding, modeling, loving some more, and living the example.
Each day I ask God to give me the strength to stay close to Him to experience His grace....and to open my eyes to the challenging situations around me that need a dusting of grace. Would you consider joining me?
