The Aurora CO market is still HOT, HOT, HOT. If you have been searching for homes recently in any area, and specifically Auorora, CO, well you know how tough it is to be a buyer right now. Inventory is already low, and looks to be getting lower.
Well, what I had hoped for this year in 2017 was a far better and different picture than what we experienced for Buyers in Colorado last year. If you think as a buyer you are in any position to deeply discount your offer on a home, think again. Most home sellers are receiving as close to list price and in many cases over list price. Getting out the day a home is listed is critical as well. Yes, yes many home sellers are waiting days to review offers. I have seen listings say that and then the seller will change their mind and review offers and there went your opportunity. Homes are not sitting on the market long, anywhere. It is always surprising to me when a buyer sees a home on the market longer than a week, and then turns to ask my why. With homes on the market less than 30 days and more often less than a few days, you do not have time to sit around and wait for the weekend. GO, GO, GO as soon as you can to see any newly listed property.
