What an interesting taste treat that must have been with or without a gingesnap,  We both love the taste of caramel with sea salt.  A

This sounds delightful, I really wish I could have a beer- but have recently established that I have gluten/yeast sensitivities, so that pretty much takes ALL the fun away. 

 I do love Trader Joe's ginger snap cookies that I just found Roy Kelley 😃

With all the different labels your Flying Dog brewery comes up with, it must feel like and adventure every time you reach for a bottle opener.

Hmmmm ... my mother makes the perfect gingersnap cookies to go with this, Roy Kelley ... will have to check to see if we can get Sea Salt Caramel Brown Ale by Flying Dog anywhere in the Chicagoland area ...

Salt Caramel is the rage now and now they have it in a beer flavor.
