Craft Beer Selection: Sea Salt Caramel Brown Ale by Flying Dog

We were having our happy hour at home and Chef Dolores wanted to try one of the Brewhouse Rarities, Sea Salt Caramel Brown, from Flying Dog Brewery in Frederick, Maryland. This is definitely an unusual ale. My thought was that I needed a ginger snap cookie to accompany the drink.

This sounds delightful, I really wish I could have a beer- but have recently established that I have gluten/yeast sensitivities, so that pretty much takes ALL the fun away.

With all the different labels your Flying Dog brewery comes up with, it must feel like and adventure every time you reach for a bottle opener.

Sounds good, Roy Kelley .  I am more of a wine drinker myself, but ginger snaps are always a treat!
