Property sales this month reached 45, a fall of 2.2% from 2016. Year to date the number of housing sales reached 45 total, a slump of 2.2% in contrast to January 2016. In January 2017 the number of projected real estate sales reached 51 total, a growth of 9.9%. The number of projected units sold year to date reached 51 total, a growth of 9.9%. In January 2017 in Highland Park the number of new homes listed was 150, a growth of 32.7%. The number of newly listed properties in the market year to date reached 150, an improvement of 32.7%. In January 2017 there was an improvement of 58.5% in the number of listings under contract in Highland Park in contrast to last year. There were 84 listings under contract total this month.
