A qualified commercial broker or real estate agent cannot interpret a contract for thier client because of the gray area of practicing law. I always advise my clients to seek the council of an attorney.
However I often give my clients a copy of a standard contract to compare to a landlords contract. I may sit down with them, and point things out like "hmmm this looks different... hmmm this isnt standard... hmmm you may want to ask your attorney about this section, it looks wordy" etc.
