Speechless Sundays - Yard Art

Charlotte is not an area that you often see yard art - we're more about the 'landscaping' with trees, flowering shrubs, bulbs, flower beds and green, green grass!  After all, the Queen City IS known for being a beautiful 'green' city.  So, on the rare occasion, that you do see yard art, you really do pause a moment to admire it.

Yard Art at Luxury Charlotte Home

I walked up the sidewalk for a listing presentation on Saturday and was greeted by this very large art sculpture.  The artist is a South Carolina native and delivered this intriguing piece to my now, NC luxury home seller.  The seller said that the weight of the piece may prevent it from ever being moved - it was evidently a big ordeal, placing the art.  It does sit beautifully right where it is though!  More photos of this hot new listing to come soon too!

Debb, very interseting piece of sculpture in the yrad of this home. I would guess moving it would be very costly at best. Congrats on the coming listing.
