Page Estates started about 20 years ago. Many of the homes have been updated with hardwood flooring and even some have swimming pools. There are 2-story and ranch design homes and many brick homes. The terrain is mostly level and large enough that you don't feel like you can reach out and touch your neighbor. All of the homes have been built by one builder, Goad Construction. Prices range from high $100,000's to $300,000.
Page Estates is located next to Rossview Schools. Rossview Elementary School, Rossview Middle and Rossview High School are all highly requested schools in the St Bethlehem area. Exit 8 of Interstate 24 is less than half a mile away making this a great location to commute to Nashville or Ft. Campbell.
